Grace has a wealth of experience within the finance industry starting her career  as a customer service officer. Grace has been a business owner, commercial property analyst and bank manager. In her role as a Home Finance Manager and State Manager in Migrant Banking Services for one of the big 4 banks, Grace contributed to their migrant credit policy. In addition, Grace held the position of Regional Manager – SME for one of the big 4 banks, leading a team of business bankers before moving on to become the Relationship Manager – Premium Financial Services.

Through working with some of Australia’s top lenders and property investors, she has developed an excellent working relationship with the people and companies that matter in the finance sector.

Grace prides herself on working with every client at an individual level; lenders and finance deals aren’t simply chosen from a brochure, but negotiated, tailored and streamlined solutions to exactly match her client’s needs.

She is passionate about getting the best deal for her clients, not just when setting up a finance package, but throughout the life of the loan by regularly reviewing and recommending changes and updates.

Grace speaks fluent Cantonese, and has served as an ambassador for the Asia Literacy program and as a member of the Australian Chinese Events Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
